23 March 2011 - CLIMATE CHANGE INNOVATION - EUROPEAN SUMMER SCHOOL 2011
The Knowledge and Innovation Community Climate-KIC organizes, from July 4th to August 12th, 2011, the second edition of its Climate Change Innovation Summer School.
Designed as a Contextual Learning Journey, the Summer School offers an overview of all aspects influencing the market for climate change innovation, such as policy, legal and financial incentives and constraints. The participants are exposed to the latest climate change science and how it is translated into new services products that have an impact on our climate and our economy, and develop business ideas contributing to the mitigation of climate change and adaptation to a changing climate in multidisciplinary teams.
The Climate-KIC Summer School ends with a business plan competition with the participation of an international jury from industry, academia and policy.
